Application of Unstable System in Education of Modern Control Methods
Paper in proceeding, 2013

The paper addresses the problem of controller design for an unstable system using modern control methods and shows the difficulties of their implementation into student courses in our Institute. The created MATLAB programs and study material allow the students to work with identification of the process, robust PID design, predictive control and gain-scheduled control. All methods are practically implemented on a magnetic levitation model.
