Ivan Sanchez-Diaz
Ivan Sanchez-Diaz has a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA). His are of expertise is on freight demand modeling and on the design of urban freight transportation policies, with a special interest for sustainable urban freight systems. He has also a significant experience in the development of statistical analysis, behavioral models and analytical models for transportation planning projects. Ivan is the recipient of multiple academic and leadership distinctions. He has served as Committee Research Coordinator of the Urban Freight Transportation Committee at the US Transportation Research Board. Ivan has also been the Co-Director of Northern LEAD the logistics competence centre of Gothenburg, and of the VREF funded Urban Freight Platform.
